Boxed Cat Media is a one-woman shop offering freelance writing, communications, and design services to the masses. That one woman is me—Frances Ryan.

I don’t believe in pretending to be a big communications firm with dozens of people working on a project and I honestly believe that you don’t want me to pretend to be that. I am simply a communications professional who has decided to return to school for a PhD, but I still want to keep my hand in the game (while earning a bit of money to help with the rent, of course).

My services include: writing and editing; social media support and consultation, including website and blog setup; layout and design for print and web; and brand and identity support.
